FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided if any product has been damaged do to negligence or faulty use, maintenance, product alteration, improper handling or storage by the user. Any specific issues regarding a CSF MILL product in which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Specific Period
CSF MILL will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for a period of associated months/years per product and from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty applies only to the original product purchaser and is non-transferable.

Construction
CSF MILL warranties of product for construction only.

If any Product submitted for warranty requires service and determined ineligible for warranty, a repair cost estimate will be furnished.

Any labor cost is the responsibility of the original owner/purchaser. Shipment, delivery or transport is the purchaser’s sole responsibility and to pay for any fees associated with product servicing. Any evidence of alteration, forgery or erasing proof-of­-purchase documents voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from CSF MILL.

DISCLAIMED WARRANTIES

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN. TO MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact the original place of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

CSF MILL may, at its option, repair or replace any defective Product frame and or parts with new or serviceable used parts that are equivalent in function to the original parts. All exchanged frames and parts replaced under warranty will become the property of CSF MILL at the time of service.

CSF MILL reserves the right to change manufacturers of any parts to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to CSF MILL to obtain warranty service. All shipping charges must be prepaid, export taxes (if applicable), customs duties (if applicable), and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or product(s). In addition, you are responsible for ensuring any parts or products shipped or returned reach its final destination and assume the risk of loss during shipment.
